Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting.
- Up to 60 minutes
- Required before many family court applications unless an exemption applies
- Explains whether mediation is suitable
C100 / Form A
Form signing for court purposes where appropriate.
- Form signed by an accredited mediator where appropriate
- For child arrangements or financial remedy applications
